Well hey folks, just the other day I stumbled upon a link for a new company in NYC. It's called the New York Toy Collective. They're brand new but sell a cock for pack and play that looks quite promising. A trans friend of mine just bought it and gives it a two-thumbs up.

Mr. Silky has been adequate in the past (I think I lost mine in a move some time ago??)---but the colors were pretty yucky and quite off-putting. I prefer the Terra Firma Harness, but without the pad in the front, removed mine years ago.
Fits up to 48" hips, which is nice if you gain or lose weight

I'm going to agree with some of the other posters, I like Vixskin.
Of course, I haven't had to purchase anything new in a few years and I see there are plenty more to chose from since I last looked.
I like how easy they are to take care of and the feel of them.
For anyone who has never had a Vixskin, I say you don't know what you're missing.
