PupOiler, I have the opportunity to head to Vernon to see Syzygy so I'll have to VERY SADLY miss the Superbowl gathering. I'll be on the road during the game. I'll tape it so I can watch the commercials. LOL

Austinites! Any great dyke bars I can take my boy to Friday night? She's in town this weekend and we never go to the bars in Austin so I'm lost on where is a fun place.

We love a good dive bars, so we don't mind if it's a little dirty.

Austin is one of those cool places where people go wherever they want. Except I tend to avoid college bars but the "Austin" places are usually pretty fun.

Forgot to mention: sloppy joes! Some turkey, some beef; wheat and white buns plus the usual chips, dips and veggies and something sweet. We have plenty of beer and sodas so unless you want something other than that, we are set! One tv for the puppy bowl and i'll relocate the big tv downstairs for the game.
