sometimes, it is not in the big gestures. it is not about those grand things. A dozen roses, a big stuffed animal, or the whole romantic candle light dinner. Some days, it is about the mundane routine stuff that you do NOT have to do. It i shaving someone else be willing to say...: " honey, you do this, i got it." or " take this 5 mins, regroup, i will handle this, then come join us, because we will miss you!" and having it perfectly understood and valued for what it is.
it is Her smile, Her voice, Her eyes lighting up because She made ME! blush 7 shades of hell. Their morning cuddles, or nap time kisses. Flying a kite and saying, " did you see me ?! " it is all of mine! |
