Butch/Femme Socials presents: a SOCIAL!
Come out and meet some great people! Of course couples and singles are welcome!
Casual afternoon. Parking is fairly easy, watch it if you park in a metered area.

WHEN: Saturday, April 6th 2-6 p.m.
WHERE: S.F. Eagle, 11th & Harrison in San Francisco
Location info: Closest BART is Civic Center, you can arrange for a ride with Homobiles in advance at: 415/574-5023

WHAT ELSE: the newly re-opened Eagle has been very friendly to the Socials over the years. The venue is roomy. There's a pool table, outdoor patio with heaters.

THE SUPREME COURT OF THE UNITED STATES WILL HEAR THE CASE TO OVERTURN CALIFORNIA'S PROP 8 ON MARCH 26 AND THE DOMA (DEFENSE OF MARRIAGE ACT) CASE ON MARCH 27. THESE CASES MAY DECIDE THE FATE OF MARRIAGE FOR SAME SEX COUPLES IN AMERICA.

A "Light the Way to Justice" Rally and Vigil to be held on the steps of the Federal Courthouse at 501 I St. in Sacramento. Come join us and show your support for gay rights anytime from 4:00pm to 9:00pm, whenever you can, on both Tuesday and Wednesday, March 26th and 27th. Feel free to bring signs and we'll provide candles.

This is not a march or a fight - this is a peaceful show of solidarity, a stand for LOVE, not hate.
