I sautéed arugula and

I made an omelet with two whole eggs and four egg whites and

I had a whole wheat sandwich thin and

Pete had a whole wheat tortilla which I warmed on a burner.

I added one slice of horseradish cheddar but

We could have skipped it because

The eggs and arugula and bit of mild salsa were so tasty.
