Another Walking Dead fan here! Me and D rented the first two seasons on DVD... and were hooked. We were so excited that season 3 was starting up, but didn't realize that it was the second half of the season. So, we didn't watch any of the new episodes because we are behind

Question, does anyone know when the complete set of season 3 is gonna come out on video? We soooo need to catch up!

You can rent or buy it on iTunes

I don't know about DVD.

I just checked Amazon and they dont even have a release date set for the DVDs of the 3rd season - but you can buy each episode individually ($2.18 ea, after taxes or $34.88 for all 16 episodes) and watch them on-line or on a device which can accept streaming video - that's what I did because I didnt have AMC for the first half of season 3, so I bought each episode right after it aired and downloaded them into my TiVo.

Netflix only has seasons 1-2 available as well.

Correct me if I am wrong, but from your post it sounds like you all get AMC on your TV - AMC shows and re-shows their TV program episodes all the time, so you might could catch a marathon or at least all of the season 3 episodes over the summer if you keep on the lookout for it.

We had originally rented season 1 & 2 from Blockbuster, and every time I ask them when season 3 is coming out, they give me the deer in the headlights look and say, "oh I don't know".

I knew y'all could help me out

I thought I'd resurrect the thread (ha!), because I was thinking about The Walking Dead today. I am totally stoked for the new season. The hard part for Gaige and I, is that she likes to watch each episode as it airs, and I refuse to watch it until there are at least 3 or 4 episodes, because 1 is never enough... So, Gaige is chomping at the bit to talk about each episode as it airs, and I'm like "NO!!! Don't tell me anything!!!"...Fun times to come!!!

I'm totally with you on this - last season, I actually waited until almost the end of the season. Once I caught wind that Lori died, I couldnt take it and sat down to watch all that I had saved, which was everything but the last episode. Then waiting that week for that last episode about killed me. lol
