Honey bunches of oats...

A grapefruit...

and maybe a boiled egg..

I do wish we had some yogurt.....of the Greek variety...preferably vanilla...in which I could swirl some honey...and cinnamon...and granola....mmmm

Breakfast was VERY late today...... Apple and peanut butter, couple of soy sausage with spinach, vean mayo on wheat bread.
