The first morning awakening alone, after being together for a few days, is always hard. This morning was no exception.

Waking again at 4am to someone shaking my bed, but no one is here but me.
Trying hard to go back to sleep and finding my mind wandering as I periodically start clock watching until I have to actually get out of my bed.
First thought, wonder what she's dreaming and at this hour of the morning and was that the reason my bed shook.
The world may never know
