I got lost out in the forum threads and came across a post I made a few years ago (a video I watched in a class I was taking back then) about .... Time (LINK)

I made Jasmine rice and grilled Teriayki vegetable kabobs with chunks of pineapple, sweet red bell peppers and brussel sprouts for supper.
