Lunch: What's on the menu?

Well, I was at a friends house, and he made me Filet Mignon on the grill! We also had morel mushrooms sauteed in butter over the Filet Mignon, grilled asparagus, kidney beans, and sparkling coconut water. It was divine.

I am not sure if this is lunch or not because it is Sunday and lunch tends to bleed into supper on Sunday especially when I am dancing around the kitchen and cooking with good music and a glass of wine. . .

Pan seared pork chops with an orange, ginger glaze with toasted sesame seeds

Corn on the cob just with butter salt n pepper

Spinach salad with walnuts, strawberries, goat cheese and a balsamic vinaigrette

I think for dessert I will make super dark chocolate 2 ingredient mousse with just a little cayenne and cinnamon on top
