As usual..I am grateful for the gift of today
I am grateful that when I reached out today...someone was there to help I am grateful that the ex brought lunch over for my sick daughter and myself I am also grateful that aforementioned ex brought over a recliner for me to use post-op I am grateful for my mother who continues to love me unconditionally and inspire me daily |

A Day of Simplification, Gratitude, and Reflection of It's Opposition
I am on the right side of the grass today.
I am able to rationally think things through to problem solve. I am able to determine what it is I am feeling and then be able to either express it appropriately or convey those feelings to another individual if I choose. I also am able to create dishes in the kitchen without measure and alter it simply based upon taste and smell. Finding pleasure in keeping up contact with friends and family. |
