Long range (within a year): update my passport

Mid-range (within half a year): go visit my family

short-term range (with a few weeks): go shopping for anything other than grocery store items; I would love to have some new spring and summer clothes, shoes too.

All relatively easily achieved apart from the backflips (I could do those in m'youth but no longer). If you lived closer I'd give you lessons
