Odd mix: pulled pork with bbq sauce, whole grain brown rice and avocado.

Perfect for my post weightlifting exercise today.

I made pozole rojo yesterday (with chicken instead of pork), with the following garnishes:
-sliced radishes
-sliced cabbage
-minced onion
-Mexican oregano
-lime

So that's my lunch today, plus a grilled artichoke from my garden.
