lol JAGG, i know it isn't a word.. However the person that keeps using it insists. Most dictionaries list is as nonstandard or incorrect. But that doesn't stop people from saying it!

May I say a phrase instead of a word? In that case it's: "everyone has problems". I mean seriously how hard is it to grasp that not everyone has the same amount of problems, not every problem is the same and not every person has the same capacity, bakgrund etc. Can't we all try to respekt each others journeys? Life can be hard enough as it is...
