I made a lovely meal for my son and I:
Yakisoba noodles with organic vegetables
(crimini mushrooms, sweet red bell peppers, sweet onions,
brocolli buds, slivered almonds, etc) with chicken breasts.

Drinking:
I made a cup of Gorilla Rose coffee: a light aromatic blend of with hints of lemon citrus & brown sugar (from Rwanda, made by Happy Cup Coffee - here at home).

Listening to:
The pelican wind chimes tingling softly on my patio deck.
