I have a co-worker who's job is to take down information (correct information) from people who call in and request estimates.
The information is very seldom correct. They do not ask how the prospects name is spelled or the correct spelling of the street they live on. I have complained all summer about this and the reply I keep getting is "We can't find anyone that will do the job correctly" OK! So we are paying someone to do it wrong. TISFU!
