i am grateful
that it is less than a month till LR
so i can thank everyone there for putting up with me on the planet  and for those of you that won't be there thank you too! maybe we will meet sometime and i can thank you in person.  oh and i am grateful to have a job, two actually and have a nice house to live in and an accepting family and great friends and my health and my truck and my bike and...... i could go on and on i am one lucky guy!!!!!!!!! @

I'm grateful for my new house and my extra hot mortgage officer, who got me the low interest rate of 4.29% . I'm grateful for my new carpeting, it makes the house smell brand new!!!!! I'm grateful my new neighbors the seem very friendly. I'm grateful there is a basketball court at the park in my subdivision.

yesterday I received a great deal of generous help with a computer issue...
Linus took his time and thought to guide me through the disk burning process... SuperFemme offered to resize the pictures I needed to post on line...she spent more time than I am comfortable with getting them to fit into the online application dimensions... this both, from people I have not, and may never, meet in "real life"....and yet the assistance has had a major impact (positive) on my real life...a clear and tangeable overlap... a great friend came in from santa cruz in the morning to help me out with a step in the process....I had another beloved helper as well... all in all I am thankful for the generous, kindhearted, and open-handed help I got in the process... I am grateful for friends who have been here for me
Diva ~ For the ride to the hospital in the Little Diva Carriage~! For staying with me before I went into surgery and being there (I don't remember this) when I got out and for not making fun of me (to my face) with the drug induced phone call you received when I got back to my room!! TxsCharmr ~ For being there and helping me through daily activities, your the best! My Madre ~ For taking time to be here for me. Homemade soups! For those who live close by, she has cooked for a small Army and there are plenty of leftovers! To YOU ~ Y'all know who you are, thank you again for the well wishes, phone calls, text messages and emails. Theo ~ for the many phone calls and text messages. Thank you... My Kids ~ Even though y'all are not here physically, I do appreciate all the phone calls and offline messages..I'm pretty sure you all time it just right to call within 10 minutes of each other AFTER I have taken pain meds.. BTW.. YES it hurts to laugh and please delete those text messages! |

I am eternally grateful for many things.....
~All things considered, I'm in remarkably good health - physically, mentally & emotionally. Thanks be to the Higher Power overseeing this! ~Even though she makes me crazy at times, I'm so grateful for Mini Diva.... ~I'm grateful for my sweet Home....the joy and comfort it brings me on a daily basis. ~For LuLu/Lucy/BooBoo/Puppy.....You're neurotic but omg do You ever make me laugh! I love how You get closer to me when You know I'm upset about something! ~For my computer.....I know I didn't really NEED one as fancy~schmancy as you, but I'm glad I have you in case I decide how to learn how to DO all those things! ~For my wealth of friends.....what a Gift Y'all are to me....I'm so thankful to those who are closest to me.....You know who You are. ~I'm grateful to Jack and Medusa and for all of their hard work, birthing this site ~ a sweet, comforting place to lay our hearts....sometimes we call that Family. |
