YSK: That I can't stop and frequently watch the Tomb Guards/Sentinels in Arlington VA. Cemetery and their honored post for the Tomb of the Unknown Soldiers. It brings tears to my eyes to see the honor, dedication and utmost respect they have for the fallen and in all weather conditions. Thank you to all the troops throughout the US and other countries, for having served/or serving for the right for freedom for ALL.

YSK that I got my 2nd round test results back, and I passed! I am officially interviewing to become a diplomat!! Very, very excited!

Also, I'm making a pie

Rumsfeld giving Obama advice on Syria...please.
Halliburton, Blackwater,Hummer. Hummer got bailed out.
And the Blackwater privatized military personnel had the Kevlar vests
And the up armored humvies.
While our troops...got slammed and their families, back home,were left to fend for them
And scrounge and search for the Kevlar vests to send to their family member fighting
The wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

And what about Karina?
Rumsfeld wasn't there for this national guardsman.Nor, was he there for Katrina.
I will never forget.

RAY SUAREZ: The soldier who sparked the controversy yesterday was Specialist Thomas Wilson of the Tennessee National Guard.

SPC. THOMAS WILSON: We're digging pieces of rusted scrap metal and compromised ballistic glass that has already been shot up, dropped, busted-- picking the best out of this scrap to put on our vehicles go into combat.

We do not have proper armament vehicles to carry with us North.

DONALD RUMSFELD: As you know, you go to war with the army you have, not the army you might want or wish to have at a later time.

You can have all the armor in the world on a tank, and a tank can be blown up. And you can have an up-armored Humvee, and it can be blown up.

YSK I am going to the fair tomorrow,with my oldest neice Cassy and my twin, but I will go again next weekend with a 10 yr old DIVA who loves to ride rides!!! LOL Are you game?

YSK It's supposed to rain all day Saturday, and half of Sunday so this weekend is a bust.
