After a hectic and stressful night, I've enjoyed a relaxing morning with hot coffee and a good chat with MBD while watching the walkers and joggers brave the bitter cold on the Riverside.

(now I'm back under the covers!)

J*, was a Darling, and took Cosmo out for his morning walk in the sub-arctic temps.

I made breakfast: coffee, pancakes and smoked bacon (from the far reaches of MI).

J* did the dishes.

And now back to bed with a book...

I woke up a bit early this morning cause the fur kids needed to make a pit stop,it didn't take them long with the temps in the mid 30's.While they were out I made coffee then cooked up a batch of belgian waffles with melted butter and real maple syrup to top it off with.The rest of the day will be an easy one,just wondering when and it the snow and ice that's in Dallas will start falling hear as we are right in line for the weather that's coming,U can bet i'm ready for it if it dose.All of you that are dealing with this nasty mess stay safe and warm.

This Sunday woke up at 930. Gave our pup a bath. Made some breakfast. Chill on couch watching tv and online. Time to get ready for work, short week working and chill there too today! haha. Have a good day everybody!

Slept late, which I desperately needed. Now I'm just lazing about in bed, playing on the internet, trying to decide what I can do to relax my mind today. I'm also considering making some peppermint hot cocoa. Maybe a movie...I finished a big goal I was working hard towards yesterday and now it seems surreal to allow myself to relax! But relax I will, damnit!
