 Hollywood stepped in with war movies, actors going off to war, and big name volunteers at the Hollywood Canteen. Three of the best for boosting morale with jitterbug and a good supply of boogie woogie and Swing were Patty, Maxine and Laverne. The Andrews Sisters. | |
