Later I shall be wearing sporty white workout socks with gray bellies and enforced toes and heels and lime green stripes on the sides underneath wool socks in various shades of blue mixed together like yarn, but mostly uber dark blue.

It happened today.
I came across my most coveted pair of socks today unexpectedly. I was taking my daily constitutional, when I got so cold I had to duck inside a store to get warm. Almost immediately I saw them--the lavender knee socks with the unicorns popping rainbows. I ran, not walked, over to them and completely squeed. I am now the proud owner! Today: turquoise and green stripes. |
