Some paperwork Baked a zucchini pie and made a shrimp curry Read some of my book I'm on Listened to a lot of Grateful Dead on Pandora- they were hitting a lot of my favorites today. School work guidance with the teen child. Mopped the floor. Evening is reserved to watch Rent with the kiddo. It's streaming on Netflix. Who knew? I'm excited for that. |

Today
Today I drove an hour and a half to take mom out to lunch and give her a St. Valentines gift. I also swapped out some furniture with her and did some work around her place. Then I drove an hour and a half home to do some house work and watch the Olympics. Yay!

Nice lengthy to do list today
Got most of the junk I had on my list done for today
Got up, fed the Dane and the kitties. 3 loads of laundry washed, folded and put up. Uniforms ironed for my honey swept, mopped the kitchen, hallway and livingroom floors vacuumed all rooms dishes, countertops including grout cleaned andddddd..started on my meal menu planning that I am going to attempt to do real soon.

am tired...
Well, was too tired to post or poop (lil joke) yesterday after an full day. So gonna do it now.
Painted two coats of pale yellow on five 4x8 panels. they are the inner walls for my Grace. Now She will have bright pretty walls instead of dark brown. Before dark managed to paint all the trim pieces that will attach the wall panels to the floor. am so excited to finally have another huge project done. Of course today it's rainy so no painting outside today. but have 2300 sq ft inside the house that could use a coat or two. lol Didn't get to paint kitchen cupboards yesterday, ran out of steam. Had to take Advil to stop the swelling in my sore muscles. Feel better this morning. Hungry hungry though! Maybe i will just play in Grace today. I am so jonesing for a road trip right now. Must be cabin fever. Well, need to eat something. Don't know what yet. Wish I had a wife who would cook for me once in a while. Guess I'll always be my own wife, lol. Later ya'll

I cut, chopped, hacked at and sawed the tree that came down in the last storm. I am already seizing up.
