1/2 c. of nut-ola (chopped almonds, pecans, sunflower seeds, almond butter, coconut flakes, maple syrup, coconut oil, coconut flour-- mix, bake, cool)
1/2 c. whole milk yogurt
1 c. strawberries
1/2 c. blueberries
cup of english breakfast tea w/ stevia/cream

Left over chicken enchilada ala Gringa.

Still yummy, still a chicken product,

coffee, and now iced tea.

I had an egg and cheese sandwich I made then a small bowl of yogurt then washed it down with coffee.

1 slice of chocolate zucchini bread (paleo)

2 slices thin bacon
1 cup of cream earl grey w/ cream/stevia

today......

I had an orange....then I had a slice of multigrain toast with peanut butter, honey and pumpkin seeds....and yerba mate tea....and a slice of fresh pineapple.....

my breakfast tends to elongate into early lunch since Im always up so early....but at least all the citrus is keeping the scurvy at bay during the long winter lol
