The Core' is GDC's original work choreographed by Shu-Chen Cuff.
This modern dance is heavily presented with Eastern philosophy and
movement which is influenced by the Choreographer's rich Asian Dance heritage.
In 'The Core' Shu-Chen explores through dance the interconnectivity between all
things in the universe.
Our inner strength, emotion, and energy can effect the people around us. We are not alone... We are all connected.

Me too, because I'd like to take just a moment and pay an homage to Elaine and the little kicks, lol. Sometimes in life it is less about gracefulness and perfect form and more about just letting loose and having a great time without any self-consciousness.
