High: I was able to run errands at work since my coworker was holding down the fort.
High: I took a walk in the rain last night. Refreshing! Mid-range: I'm still sore from Sunday's workout. Low: I didn't get everything done yesterday that needed to be and now the weather's not going to cooperate with me today to finish. |
