Sunday Morning Overeasy!

A relaxing, laid back kind of Sunday here.
We did ride out to PetsMart to see the available dachsies for adotpion, but they had NONE! I do have my eye on one on a rescue site, a cute lil senior...a ruddy, reddish color with icy frosted white face!!!

If it is in your heart please go back to the shelter and adopt the little senior. Seniors are the hardest to find furever homes for and shelter life is horrible!

Okiebug....I will adopt a senior...for sure! Those ARE the ones who capture my heart, and I know they aren't usually adopted!
My own dachshund isn't doing well right now with liver issues and possibly lymphoma...so I have to devote this time to her...how ever long I will have her. We had rounded a corner and seemed to be doing well...then last day or so, she is showing some of the earflier symptoms. She will be 12 on the 28th!!!

Our Sunday really started on Saturday. We went and watched a double feature had lunch in between then came back to my place to sit around the pool for awhile.

Today was breakfast then church and back to her place for movies and dinner. I love these lazy weekends which doesnt happen much but we enjoy them when we get them

Yesterday was definitely over easy. A good workout first thing, a good filling breakfast, scrub a dub time, chores and errands and a teenage flick just for me. Good times!

Did someone say Muggy? Ugh the mug is on here in Oklahoma. It makes for a busy work week but it wears one out. I am ready to do nothing all day but have to start preparing for Red to leave next Sunday. Cooking fresh sausage and egg breakfast pockets with fresh fruit on the side. Have a lazy laid back over easy Sunday everyone. May your week ahead be filled with all that is good.
