Note to self....don't bleach and scrub the bathtub a day after hurting so bad you can't walk, can't lift anything, can't bend down to tie your shoes, can't sit or lay down without stabbing, bone grinding pain and can't lift your legs into car or bed without clinching your teeth and crying out...remember the Flexeril made you feel better but it didn't make you invincible or fix the problem...Note to self....you're not Super Woman.
