The sad thing is I wore something very similar to these doing beach activities today. Had some looks thrown my way, do I care? Meh... Huey Lewis did say It is hip to be square! But square is coming 'round full circle, right?

MacGyver! He could make anything with a paper clip, ball point pen and a stalk of bamboo. I know, I know. Suspended belief. Hah! A physics teacher friend and I would have humorous conversations about how all of it was so ridiculous and fantastical. Still watched the show from time to time.

Cringe every time I recall playing tennis with these racquets, the shock waves going up my arm starting in my little toe .....*ouch! Now, tennis racquets have a sweet spot the size of a Volkswagen, stick your arm out and take a swat, chances are good you will hit the ball.
