I have been sick with the creeping crud for a week and have had no appetite. I woke up this morning feeling better and starving.
Pancakes
Sausage
Scrambled egg
Biscuit with real butter and honey drizzled over it (it was better than everything else)

Now if I can keep breathing I may have the fortitude to do a lot of laundry today and perhaps clean my neglected kitchen.

I went to a cafe and got a spinach roll with my daily medically necessary chai latte

A bowl of fresh fruit (halo segments, blueberries and red seedless grapes), chocolate milk, half of a Fiber One muffin with yogurt butter and grape jelly and one organic brown egg with shredded cheese, cracked black pepper and bacon crumbles on top.

Ahhh yes....I have the same issue, but I'm color blind and have no clue what color they are. I only know what shape is for what issue. I figured that they were either vits, medications...or perhaps you were craving Easter candy *grins*

Technically, breakfast was a banana at 10am before my workout and errands but this is my first substantial meal of the day, so that's why I'm putting it in here now.
