Haha, that's spot on too. I'm making a point of being around positive, supportive people rather than whiners and complainers. But, if I'm honest, the one doing the best job of putting me down or playing small, is...me. Joy is an inside job.

Family does need you, but you do better when you have gotten your rest and eaten right. Let the Sun card be your reminder that you deserve your own time in the sun.
