Okay y'all - this isn't television but check out the New Deep South reality web series - the first episode has a rather darling and very young lesbian couple who are trying to have a baby - it's like lesbians in Eden before the fall - hope they make it but wow they are young - http://www.thefront.com/new-deep-sou...de1-instababy/
