I nice massage on my back and gluteus maximus (butt). I hurt there. I wish I had money to go see a massage therapist just for one day. Maybe when I am in Physical Therapy I'll ask for a rub down if they can do that for me with ice cup and then heat and massage. Makes me shiver just thinking about it.........wooooooooohhhhoooooo niceeeeeeeeee !
