i am listening to an old favorite right now-Johnette Napolitano. She used to be the lead singer for Concrete Blonde, one of my favorite bands. Her new stuff, now that Concrete Blonde is no more, is different but very interesting. Really makes me think and is very intelligent music. (Hard to find, like finding an intelligent politician, the President and the Clintons aside *smile*)

It's been a long holiday weekend with one more day to go. My son has been off work so it's been nice to have him home for a while. mostly I have been trying to find something good to watch on T.V. but have not done much of a job of it. I would have gone out but to many crazy people out driving around and in any place I would be going to so hear I am at home. I know one thing,
that all my holiday shopping is done and over for this year.

I have a buddy meet up tonight. I am very excited because we plan to go to the rodeo. I will wear my favorite dress cowboy hat and boots. I hope we see lots of pretty cowgirls. Maybe I can steal a kiss from a cowgirl, yummy.

Still trying to figure out exactly what I'm doing today . The fly fishing class I planned to take is booked up....

I'm thinking a nice traverse with the pups would be nice.... maybe I can visit my two favorite places in one day today....Chimney Rock and Black Mountain....
