A Superior Court Judge in Sacramento, California, offically shot down the "kill the gays" ballot inititive proposed by a California Lawyer.
Had the Judge not ruled the proposed inititive as "unconstitutional and a complete waste of time", Attorney General Kamala Harris would have been forced to allow it to go through the signature gathering process.
