I, too, love really crisp fizzy water! Can't get enough; but whereas the ginger thing is a relatively new phenomenon, the bubbles thing, at least for me, is not. Besame - how do you feel about carbonated water? Because I'm theorizing that it has to do with the fact that we're all Gemini; therefore, exquisite and impeccable taste and discernment are simply one small part of the delightful packages that make up our collective amazing selves, lol.
