1. Go to college right after graduating High School.

2. Head the advice of your grandmother instead of thinking you know everything.

3. Remember the world is not all about you - you are all about the world.

No, I dont think it's ever too late. One of my favorite actors, Sidney Greenstreet, didn't start acting until he was over 60-years old.

Do you have any tips on how to successfully work with someone I don't like. She's abrasive, rubs me the wrong way, and occasionally we have to work together.

Well as my Dad used to say - kill em' with kindness. I went threw this as well. Sometimes you just have to be the bigger person, and try to be cordial just not overly so. I have a hard time with that - because I speak my mind and rarely sugarcoat things. However, in the end is it really worth it to create more animosity?

Opening the door is revealing yourself. I suggest you don't blow yourself up, but don't shrink away either. Just stand your ground and open your heart by letting the other person see just who you are.

I believe (and this is me).. that we all have a purpose to fulfill... we may actually be doing it and not even know it... or sometimes the epiphany comes and we realize what should be doing or that what we are doing is our purpose.

Would you prefer to have a boat with a motor..or just a row boat?
