I am making "fish in crazy water" again. This time I used fresh catfish fillets, onions,(I forgot to buy garlic dammit!) carrots, celery, zucchini, crookneck squash, a big ol fat tomato and a pink peppercorn lemon thyme seasoning. It's on the stove in my cast iron dutch oven as I type. One pan, 30 minutes start to finish. I love this stuff!

I made spaghetti with ground beef and Trio Italiano Garden Delight (has 1 serving of veggies in each serving) pasta, fresh parmesan and pineapple coconut fizzy water to drink.
My home smells soooooooooooo good right now. |

Grass fed brisket (crockpot for 12 hrs on low with seasons of salt/pepper/garlic powder/onion powder and some tjs everyday seasoning), smashed pink potatoes with olive oil and rosemary, and sauteed purple/green beans in bacon fat with red onions. Cantaloupe for dessert.

I have chicken breasts thawing, which I will slice thin and grill. I also have tomatoes, onion and lettuce leaves and I just made some fresh tzatziki sauce, all of which will culminate into "healthier" gyros for my dinner tonight. That and a spinach salad will work for me
