My kiddo found something she actually liked at Trader Joes...
spinach/ricotta stuffed ravioli in marinara sauce...sprinkled with their fresh parmesan cheese blend.... I made it with cheesy Texas toast... DEFINITELY getting this again...

Sliced up some potatoes, tomatoes, zucchini, and summer squash thinly...created a pinwheel design of sorts...salt, pepper and Italian seasonings and baked unto the potatoes were done...sprinkled some mozzarella on top and bake until melted...served with spaghetti squash on the side
