I had a frozen pizza...a big name one but I forget the name lol
It was spinach mushroom with an onion sauce...twas relish I found my fave yogurt at Walmart and had that for dessert with blueberries and ginger almond granola... Gaelic ale and water to drink.

Red, yellow, and orange peppers slices. Added sliced onions, garlic and fresh ginger. Oh, and pineapple chunks! Stir fried in hot chili oil. Over rice topped with sesame seeds. Nutty buddy for desert.

cheesy.......fruity......olive and fetta goodness!
I bought a variety of cheeses and a mixed container of fruit and was so pleased with my fruit and cheese dinner plate! I also had some Greek olive and fetta salad. Whew, no dessert was needed after this. Cheese and fruit go together like beer and pretzels!!
Talk about hitting the spot, feels like spring is coming!! I am thinking this will be dinner again on Sunday while watching The Walking Dead!! |

2 oz. pan grilled fish....1 oz. baby carrots all soft & tasty.....two tsps. smashed taters with some brown gravy on them...all were smashed up to pureed form....and I WAS STUFFED!! My honey treated me to Cracklin' Barrels....lol

I will return to eating healthy tomorrow, today I was craving steamed dumplings from China 1! I had the dumplings for lunch along with a small salad from home, and for dinner I am having boneless spare ribs with chicken fried rice and a spring roll. Good treat for me today!

Chicken, dal/lentils, butter lettuce salad.
I'm on a lentils kick. It's the perfect comfort food for me. I found a dal seasoning that I like. Today I'm trying a combination of green and red lentils. 3/4 green and 1/4 red. The red lentils will mush up and give it a nice thickness, I hope. Added lots of green onions, too. |
