Basically was trying to use up leftovers today for supper after doing a fridge clean-out. Now super happy to be rid of all the leftovers with minimal food waste, lol.
Last of some leftover rice noodles mixed with a half can of leftover lentils, a bunch of leftover shriveling "on the verge" veggies (broccoli, cherry tomatoes, 1 mushroom lol) sauteed in olive oil. Then some Pad Thai sauce mixed into it all once finished. |

I ended up making grilled cheese for myself with some raw string beans sprinkled with sea salt and chili powder, and my spouse just wanted a fried egg sandwich. And chocolate brownies for dessert for her, I had frozen grapes.
