I actually went grocery shopping yesterday, so I'm planning on having some roasted ears of corn (just one), and grilling some chicken tenderloins on the hibachi. I might have some dark red grapes too, for dessert.

I made pizza:
1 cheese for the vegetarian 1 garlic and oil based with spinach, sun dried tomato, sauteed mushrooms and onion, sweet peppers and light cheese (mine) 1 tomato based with mushroom, onions and olives 1/2 tomato based spinach, mushroom, onions and peppers 1/2 garlic and oil based with spinach, mushroom, onions, peppers sun dried tomato no cheese I should have made the crust thicker...but live and learn |

I just came to the alarming realisation that I didn't have any protein tonight...
 Can see myself getting a bit hungry again before bed.Anyway, my supper was: Rice mixed with peanut sauce, leftover oyster mushrooms and three banana peppers sauteed (direct from farmer...part of my awesome Niagara fruit/veggie stand haul from this past weekend!). Also ate three peaches while I was making supper, lol (also from Niagara haul). Quote:
