Trying to get back to my mostly-vegetarian ways so I'm making JD's collard recipe and having some field peas and a pile of onions soaked in red wine and sautéed with garlic. (I won't be kissing anyone any time soon for sure!!)

Tonight I used some of the cooked ground beef from yesterday, and sauteed that with diced mushrooms, half a bag of broccoli slaw (which has a purple cabbage and carrots in it also) sriracha sauce, cumin, onion, a little cinnamon, and S&P. Once cooked, I spread some out on a coconut wrap, piled on some baby arugula, and rolled it up. Ding! <--that's the dinner bell.
