Roast beef, potatoes, carrots and onions which didn't get done in the crock pot until 1 a.m. this morning/last night. That roast beef is really tender and juicy, though!

I ended up having the loaded grilled cheese for lunch and was just going to have a salad for dinner, but my whole house smells like bone broth because I've had the crock pot on simmer and full to the brim with the makings of bone broth all day. I couldn't resist any longer and strained a mug full to have with my salad. Holy hell, it's sooo good!

I'm having "clear" liquids and more clear liquids and nothing with red colour...I'm preparing for the unthinkable, a colonoscopy on Thursday.

If we can put a man on the moon why can't we figure out a more pleasant way to check out our colons. If I'd gone to med school, I don't think this is the specialty I'd choose; just like I don't understand dentists who specialise in root canals. After your thousandth colonoscopy or root canal, how much fun can it be?

You can google the recipe for the biscuits, they are as good as the biscuits from KFC (Kentucky fried chicken) and super easy to make.
