I had a repeat of last night, (roasted wings & beets, with green beans) but with chunks of Roma tomatoes instead of spinach. Kind of boring I suppose, but it tastes good.

I made "Pesce all'acqua pazza" (Fish in crazy water) tonight. This is one of my favorite ways to poach fish. It always turns out perfectly tasty!
