Tonight I am making Chicken Tikka Masala with brown rice, and a vegetable salad of cucumbers, onions and chick peas, in a yogurt based dressing.

Maybe some nan bread too, if I have time.

I'm going to make extra so I can have some for breakfast with eggs on top! Yuuuuuuuuuummmmmmmmyyyyyyyyy

Well i was having some lean beef and potatoes only i burnt the beef when I took a spa bath. So i had potatoes.

I thawed chicken thighs out in the fridge intending to bake those for dinner, but I have been sitting here reading posts and munching on dried veggie chips and now I am full. Thinking I will just hold off and cook the chicken tomorrow.
