This post flashed me back to my childhood! On Fridays, not being able to eat meat, we often had some sort of noodles! I was never big on mac n cheese I preferred mine either with can tomatoes or plain butter

The other day I made some milk kefir with cream, and it is thick like sour cream. Today I sliced a cuke, zucchini, radishes, onion, and chopped up a tomato and added it all to some of the "kefir sour cream", then I added in some basil, herbes de provence and S&P to taste for a yummy summer salad.

For dinner, I will have some of that along with leftover roast chicken, and riced cauliflower & broccoli.
