I made chicken and turkey fried rice with niblets and a salad for Organic. I had a tomato sandwich with some corn and we split cranberry oatmeal cookies and then he had seconds and I had some Breyer's Cherry Vanilla ice cream.

Niblets is a type of corn.

Tonight, I made tilapia filets with diced onion, red and green peppers, and a few TBS of cream of mushroom soup and it came out delish! The rest of the niblets on the side with a salad and we were set.
