I grilled some Bavarian sausage and sauerkraut , sautéed white hominy in bacon fat and a chopped salad mix I put together.

Pink bunny peeps too!

I had a California roll with brown rice and kettle chips. Not the healthiest but not the worst either.

Oh and cake. I almost forgot the lemon cake.

The lemon cake was a consolation prize because the lemon curd cupcakes they got me hooked on weren't made and/or sold out early.

My daughter has friends sleeping over tonight so I got provisions for them to make themselves pizzas. I'm probably going to make myself socca and put pizza-esque toppings on it. I also get my weekly farm share delivered today so things could change depending on what I find in my bag. I do know that fresh locally made mozzarella is going to be in there

I slept till noon and then got busy so...

I stopped at the supermarket deli for a bite. Usually its good, today it was soggy. But I ate it cuz I was starved.

I had a turkey hummus wrap with roasted red peppers and other veggies. I could barely manage. Between my nerves and the sogginess I lost my appetite.

I'm preparing a sweet chili salmon filet, asparagus almondine and a dessert kale salad. I'm pretty sure I'm going to ruin all that healthiness with ice cream; I just don't know what flavor....pistachio, ginger or Butterfinger.
