I came home late from work, saw a pound of hamburger in the fridge and put 4 burgers on the grill with it. Two of us were home to eat, one was still at work. Oh, I stopped at Sonic and got an order of onion rings to put on top of those burgers along with tomato slices.

I had a lovely Blue Bayou salad for lunch, late this afternoon, so I'm good....... but right now???

I saved my Lime Jello Parfait from the Mexican restaurant yesterday.....and it's my dessert, tonight.

I didn't plan anything, so I went into the kitchen and found shrimp, butter and garlic. Yum, shrimp scampi over white rice. There was a bag of Asian style veggies with seasoning that accompanied the shrimp to the table. (Little corn and all)

Pina Colada juice bar.
