I'm roasting two big chicken breasts and carrots, dressed down with Sweet Vidahlia Onion marinade. I might have the last of my fresh strawberry smoothie, for dessert. Water, over crushed ice, to drink.

Ohhh yes non written down recipes are always best. My mom refuses to tell me the recipe for one of the family cakes, I've never seen a recipe card out when she makes it. She says I'm not ready to know Lol

Tonight, I have a casserole baking in the oven. I cut up the left over chicken breast I roasted yesterday, and added quinoa, tiny broccoli buds, minced celery and onion, and sliced up some sweet yellow bell peppers, and added a touch of water and Sweet Vidalia Onion sauce. It's baking right now and it smells so good. *heaven *

Water over crushed ice (to drink).
